If you are receiving the WiFi signal you haven't entered the password to log onto the network. Go into settings » WiFi and reenter your password which probably got deleted when you reset the network settings.Solution #2
To see if your WiFi is still alive meaning that it hasn't died completely go into settings » general » about and scroll down until u see WIFI ADDRESS if it shows N/A that means your WiFi chip has died, and you will need to get it replaced with a new one by sending it into a repair shop.Solution #3

- Go into your wifi settings.
- Selected the network I was trying to connect to, by tapping the blue circled arrow on the right.
- Then hit "Forget this Network".
- Turn off wifi.
- Go into Settings.
- Then General.
- Scroll all of the way to the bottom, to find Reset.
- Select Reset Network Settings.
- Your device should then re-start on it's own.
- If it doesn't, then re-start it.
- Then re-connect to the network.

- Go to your router IP address.
- Go to advance set up.
- Select WLAN option.
- In channels - change your channel from automatic or higher to 4/5.
- Apply the seetings.
